Once the surveys are complete we will: - Compile all responses to identify top challenges and opportunities. - Share results with participants. - Feedback to prioritize projects. - Start launching initiatives that reflect what you said matters most.

A summary of our recent Route 66 feedback form submissions:

- Visitors value unique experiences, local history, and interactions with passionate small business owners.

- Common frustrations include closed shops during posted hours, lack of unique merchandise, poor signage,      and difficulty finding authentic Route 66 stops.

- Travelers are motivated to spend more time and money in towns that offer something distinctive, friendly            locals, and well-preserved historic sites.

- Many feel that not enough is being done to support and preserve small communities, with suggestions for          more state support, grants for restoration, and better enforcement of building codes.

- Respondents want to see more diverse stories told, including those of Native American and Black                     communities, and less focus on generic nostalgia or movie tributes.

- There’s a desire for improved infrastructure, such as RV parking, road repairs, and better directions, as well      as more opportunities to buy unique souvenirs and local food.
